Getting Around

¶ Every journey is best begun at the beginning. This one begins at Lisbon, where the plane is landing. It ends at Torremolinos, where the plane is taking off. (We actually left from Malaga, but there are no pix from there.)
¶ Here's how the site works: On this map, click the city name to jump to that page. Follow the red arrows to travel the actual route of the trip. Or, easier still, use the navigation icons (the tour buses) on each page to continue in a linear fashion from place to place, just as we did. For you non-linear folk, you can jump back here at any time (use the camera icon).
¶ Those three bulleted items beneath Bilbao are actually all in Bilbao, but they have their own pages. So don't skip them!
¶ You'll find that the photo captions will make more sense if you go in order. Not that they actually make sense, but everything is relative. Besides, there are 29 pages and nearly 640 photos, so going in order makes it easier to keep your place in case you have to break away for real life or something.
¶ You might find that you need to scroll a bit to see the vertical shots completely. Everybody's browser and video setup will be different, and I was aiming for a happy medium. Enjoy your trip!
